Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of First Class Mobile Detail's Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests must abide when using the service. When booking online or via phone with First Class Mobile Detail, you are required to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been confirmed, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Packages
First Class Mobile Detail offers various detailing packages suitable for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at First Class Mobile Detail's discretion at any time; all such changes will be updated on our official website.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the requested service. First Class Mobile Detail accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments. In the event of a declined card, First Class Mobile Detail will require the customer to provide an alternative payment method for the service rendered. A collection process will be initiated 48 hours after notification of a declined credit card.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service. First Class Mobile Detail assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced or items within the vehicle, or to the location of service. Ensure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area; communicate any concerns to your detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the owner's risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. Liability for any damage as a result of cleaning is limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to require debit or credit card details to secure a booking. Card transactions are processed securely. We may alter or reschedule bookings due to staffing, weather conditions, or equipment failure. First Class Mobile Detail reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for services outside the scope of the booking. A minimum 20% surcharge applies to cleaning involving hazardous materials.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours incur a $50 fee. No-shows or failures to allow the service to proceed at the scheduled time result in a $100 fee.
Satisfaction Policy
Should service not meet the agreed-upon standards or if poor craftsmanship is evident, First Class Mobile Detail will redo the unsatisfactory portion at no extra cost. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion via phone, email, or text, with photos of the area sent within this timeframe.
Appointment Time
Technician arrival may be delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30-90 minute window for arrival. We endeavor to notify clients of any delays promptly.
Coupon & Referral Policy
First Class Mobile Detail may offer referral programs, enabling credits for services through sharing a unique referral link. Credits and coupons cannot be combined. To qualify for credits, referred customers must be new and use your referral link. The referral program prohibits fraudulent activities and may be adjusted or terminated at First Class Mobile Detail's discretion. You are prohibited from collecting referrals in the following ways:
- Engaging in self-referral through the use of multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses;
- Referring to anyone who is already a customer of First Class Mobile Detail, including those who have an account under an an alternative email address;
- Employing spam or sending unsolicited emails to individuals you do not personally know to garner referrals, or in any way that violates any law, rule, regulation, or third-party terms of use;
- Posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online platforms in an attempt to collect referrals;
- Allowing another person to use the referring customer's account for the purpose of collecting referrals;
- Referring individuals who do not exist, impersonating another person, or providing First Class Mobile Detail with false or misleading information about referrals;
- Utilizing the Referral Link in a way that disparages First Class Mobile Detail or portrays the business in a negative light;
- Referring customers in a manner that breaches any additional restrictions First Class Mobile Detail may impose on participants in our referral program, which we may communicate in advance.
Should First Class Mobile Detail, in its sole discretion, determine that any of these terms have been violated, we reserve the right to cancel or revoke any accrued credits and/or determine that both the referred and referring customers are ineligible to participate in this or future promotions. Referring customers could also face civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable laws. First Class Mobile Detail retains the authority to void, verify, or adjust credits at any point before or after issuance and redemption.
